Property Tour: A Bray Real Estate Tradition That’s Good for Sellers, Great for Agents, and Rooted in Community

April 17, 2026

There’s something special about a group of people who genuinely want each other — and their clients — to succeed. At Bray Real Estate, that spirit shows up in a lot of ways, but one of our favorites is a simple, powerful tradition called Property Tour.

Every two weeks, our agents caravan together through active listings across the Grand Valley. They walk the homes, talk through the details, share honest feedback, and learn the neighborhoods that make this place home. It’s part professional development, part client service, and part community — and thanks to agent Kevin Cole, it’s better than ever.

So, What Exactly Is Property Tour?

Property Tour is a bi-weekly gathering where Bray Real Estate agents tour a curated group of our current listings together. Rather than each agent working in isolation, the whole group moves through the Grand Valley as a team — neighborhood by neighborhood, home by home.

This past Tuesday, April 14th, we kicked things off in the North end of town at Summerhill, wound our way east, and finished up in beautiful Palisade, ending the afternoon at Palisade Pizza & PourHouse. The weather had other ideas — we got rain, sleet, and sunshine all in the same day — but that’s April in Colorado, and our agents wouldn’t have it any other way.

What It Means for Sellers

When you list your home with Bray Real Estate, Property Tour goes to work for you almost immediately.

Instead of one agent’s perspective, your home benefits from an entire group of real estate professionals walking through your front door. These are agents who know the market deeply, who have active buyers, and who can offer the kind of candid, experienced feedback that helps your listing shine.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • More exposure: Multiple agents see your home firsthand — and any one of them may have a buyer who’s the perfect fit.
  • Real feedback: You get honest, professional opinions on how your home shows, how it compares to others in the area, and what might help it stand out.
  • Better outcomes: Sellers benefit from the collective knowledge of a whole team, not just one agent working alone.

It’s a level of care and attention that reflects what we believe selling a home should feel like.

What It Means for Our Agents

Great agents aren’t born knowing every street, every neighborhood, every price point. That knowledge is built over time — and Property Tour is one of the fastest, most genuine ways to build it.

For newer agents at Bray Real Estate, Property Tour is an invaluable part of learning the Grand Valley. Walking homes alongside experienced colleagues, listening to how they evaluate a property, understanding why one neighborhood feels different from another — that’s the kind of real-world education you simply can’t get from a classroom.

And for our experienced agents, it’s a chance to stay connected, stay sharp, and invest in the people coming up behind them. That culture of mentorship and generosity is something we take real pride in at Bray.
