Founders Sherman and Roxie Bray established Bray & Company on the bedrock of a simple handshake and a solemn promise: to earn the trust of their clients every day. This guiding principle has been the cornerstone of our business for over seven decades.
Four generations later, Bray & Company remains a leader in real estate on the Western Slope, servicing the needs of buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and homebuilders. Bray & Company has thrived through four local boom/bust cycles – uranium in the 50s, coal in the 60s, oil shale in the 80s and gas in the 2000s and vows to still push forward, no matter what may come.
Headquartered primarily in Grand Junction, Colorado, with a satellite office in Rifle, Bray & Company are experts working in Mesa, Garfield, Delta and Montrose counties. With 70+ agents strong with backup support of 50+ employees, Bray & Company operates Residential and Commercial Brokerage, Business Brokerage, Real Estate Development, Property Management and Construction and Maintenance divisions.
In addition to being a leader in the industry, Bray & Company is very involved in their community and giving back, operating a non-profit, The Bray Cares Foundation, focused on helping housing related non-profits in Mesa County.
